I am crazy for the Ombre’ trend that is happening everywhere. The term Ombre’ means shadow or shaded in French; this hot trend is essentially colors or tones that shade into each other, color is graduated from light to dark or vice versa.

Here is the perfect example of Ombre’ Wow, painting it on an accent wall in a Chevron pattern. Pure bliss!

The Wow Factor can be anything or anywhere you decide. Here it is a fabulous Ombre’ coverlet in shades of turquoise, need this. I first discovered Ombre’ when my daughter asked for Ombre’ highlights. Now that is some Ombre’ Hair Wow. I love to bake and felt compelled to show the cake version of Ombre’, isn’t this so pretty?

Now that you are getting your Ombre’ on, just imagine the possibilities.  A re-purposed vintage dresser in shades of aqua, modern and chic. An old children’s desk in hues of pink, stair risers (so hip), DIY curtains, a drum pendent fixture, art made from paint swatches and the list goes on.
